Business Insurance will publish its fourth annual "Women to Watch" report in the Dec. 7, 2009, issue of the magazine honoring outstanding women working in insurance, risk management and employee benefits worldwide.
While the insurance industry historically has been led by men, more and more women are taking on leadership roles. The BI report will contain profiles and photographs of women executives who are doing outstanding work in insurance, reinsurance, risk management, employee benefits and related fields.
To select the group of honorees from the hundreds of nominations, Business Insurance editors assessed the nominees based on: recent professional achievements, influence on the marketplace and contributions to the advancement of women in business. The list is open to women leaders worldwide.
